TED. Haircare products, including our range of professional brushes, are designed for professional and/or personal use in accordance with their intended purpose.

• Product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice.

• While we make every effort to display products accurately, colours and materials may vary slightly due to screen settings or manufacturing variations.

• All TED. Haircare products are tested and quality-checked before dispatch.

Orders & Payment

• Orders are processed once full payment is received.

• Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or other circumstances.

Shipping

• We currently ship Australia-wide.

• Orders are dispatched within 5 business days of payment being received.

• Shipping times vary by location and carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs clearance.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless stated otherwise during promotions.

Returns & Exchanges

• We want you to love your TED. Haircare products. If you are not satisfied, please read our returns policy below:

• Change of Mind: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Faulty or Damaged Items: If your product is faulty or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used brushes or opened haircare products unless they are faulty.

• All refunds will be processed to the original payment method once returned items are inspected and approved.

Warranty

TED. Haircare brushes come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

• This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

Intellectual Property

• All branding, product names, descriptions, and images remain the property of TED. Haircare and may not be used without permission.
